Legal Nurse Consulting

What is a Legal Nurse Consultant?

Legal nurse consultants are registered nurses who have chosen to use their knowledge and expertise to help attorneys demystify the medical issues in legal cases.  Legal nurse consultants are involved in both plaintiff and defense cases.

As professionals, they follow their medical ethics of confidentiality in their communications as well as the ABA ethics and the ethics of the AALNC.

The legal nurse consultant's work is the most time-saving and cost-effective work available of this nature without compromising the integrity of the litigation process.  The information provided to the attorney is honest, forthright and non-biased.  This work can provide the critical advantage the attorney needs to win the case.
