Working knowledge of and compliance with the
evaluation standards legislated in the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990, thus assuring the client that clinical opinions are valid, fair, and
scientifically based.

Adheres to the evaluation standards developed by
the National Association of Disability Evaluating Professionals (NADEP) which
are endorsed by the Commission on Disability Examiner Certification (CDEC).

By compliance to these aforementioned national
standards the client can be assured that I have met certain standards which
are deemed by the aforementioned agencies as qualitative, safe and effective
in achieving these goals.

Perform witness and expert witness interviews as

Maintain written records of all file activity
including; conversations, conclusions, recommendations, analysis, research and
medical record summations.

Assist with preparations for depositions of
clients, medical experts, and defendants and attend those depositions.

Identify, design and coordinate demonstrative
evidence assuring relevance and accuracy.

Educate members of the legal team on the
substantive medical issues of the case.

Prepare for and attend trial.

Maintain knowledge of current medicine and
evolving standards of care, treatment, and prognosis through regular review of
medical and nursing journals, utilization of computerized information systems
and a comprehensive medical library.

Strong knowledge base related to musculoskeletal
conditions regarding such issues as: Causality, function, appropriateness and
standards of care, need for future treatment, future medical costs, multiple
injuries, maximum medical improvement, diagnosis and prognosis, validity of
condition, symptom magnification, recommendations for further testing and/or
care and limitations of prior evaluations.
